This is an interesting video where a person questions Sean McDowell about the Gospels. His question is why is there no claim of Jesus’ divinity in Mark, the first Gospel to be written? The questioner goes on to say that it wasn’t until the Gospel of John, written much later, that the Gospels begin to assert that Jesus was God.

Sean McDowell answers by showing him how Mark does in fact point to Jesus as God. To be honest, I have never heard of Sean McDowell. I don’t know his theology but I’m not sure I agree with one thing he said. He seems to lean toward replacement theology in part of his answer.
