The title of this video is slightly misleading. This question is not coming from a skeptic, but from a Christian woman who asks Frank Turek how to live out the fear of God. She admits she often gets distracted and she is asking how she can apply her faith more consistently.

Frank Turek goes into how when you meditate on the size of the universe, and the infinite God who made the universe, combined with the fact that God is infinitely just, it will make you fear him. And when you meditate on his infinite love, and the fact he died for us so that we could avoid his justness, we will be in awe of him.

He makes some interesting points in this video.
