Hello and thank you for stopping by, and for taking the time to find out what Cross Talk is all about. Honestly, I’m not exactly sure where Cross Talk is going to go. I envision this as a place where we can discuss Bible passages, apologetics, theology, and maybe even some philosophy.

I am an amateur, I have no training in theology, philosophy, or writing for that matter. I study the Bible and I am an avid reader of theology and apologetics. I also love to read the ancient Greeks. I have come to realize that there is always more to learn when studying the Bible and as such I will probably make mistakes in interpretation. When I do I would like this to be a place of correction, keeping in mind 2 Timothy 2:25 about correcting with gentleness. The idea is for all of us to have a better understanding of the Bible and to help each other to understand difficult passages.

I want this to be a place where Christians can come to discuss the Bible and theology, teach and learn from each other, but I also want it to be a place where atheists who are curious, and those who are seeking the Truth can come to find some answers to their questions. We are all called to make disciples and in the end that is what the ultimate goal of Cross Talk is.
