This week we meditate on Psalm 139:14:
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
Wonderful are your works;
my soul knows it very well.
Lord so often we come to you when we are in need. Today I come to you with no petition, no request, no desire, and no wants.
Lord I come to you today just to say thank you and to praise you for all you have done, for me and for all of us. We are wonderfully made, everything you do is praiseworthy.
I want to take time to express how grateful and thankful I am for everything, from giving me life, to the air I breathe, and to the creation I enjoy everyday. Your works are in everything we see and even what we do not see, your handiwork astounds me.
Lord on this Memorial Day we remember the fallen who gave their lives so that we might be free, and I also remember your son who gave his life willingly so that we might live eternally in your Kingdom.
Thank you and praise the Lord!
Amen
