This week’s meditation is on Jeremiah 29:11:

¹¹ For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Dear God in heaven, I am celebrating this week. I am celebrating because tomorrow marks the 10th anniversary of the day I accepted Jesus into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Lord, I am not celebrating this because of anything I have done. I am celebrating what you have done in me.

I am celebrating the day you pulled me out of the darkness and into the glorious light. You rescued me and made me whole and I will never forget that day.

All glory and honor belongs to you! Amen!

Lord, as I move forward in this journey I know a new chapter is opening up before me. I ask you, Lord, to guide my steps, and make straight my paths on this journey. I pray, Lord, you will watch over me, and keep me. Help me Lord to always do your will. Give me discernment and wisdom to know what it is you want, and the courage to do it.

I ask this in the name of your son Jesus Christ.

Lord you are my future and my hope. Praise God!
