This week’s meditation is on Lamentations 3:22-23:

²² The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
    his mercies never come to an end;
²³ they are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness.

Lord, your never ending love and mercy astounds me! You are my salvation and my strength. You sustain me. All that I have belongs to you, all that I am is because of you.

Your faithfulness abounds and I don’t have the words to express how grateful I am for everything.

I pray that every morning when I wake up I will recognize that this is also the day you made. I pray Lord that I will never take for granted everything you have done for me. I pray Lord that I will always be grateful, and I pray that I will always give you glory.

Amen.
