This week’s meditation is on Zephaniah 3:17:

The Lord your God is in your midst,
    a mighty one who will save;
he will rejoice over you with gladness;
    he will quiet you by his love;
he will exult over you with loud singing.

Who am I Lord that you should sing over me?! Who am I that you should rejoice over me?! But that is how deep your love is for us, and your love quiets the storms. How great is our God? Today I will rejoice over you in gladness and exult over you with loud singing.

You are my Lord and my God and in you I am complete. I lift up my heart and my soul to you. Today I come before you with no requests and no concerns. Today I come before you just to say thank you for all you have done for me, and to glorify your name.

Praise the Lord and all his wondrous ways!
