This week’s meditation is on Lamentations 3:22-23:

²² The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
    his mercies never come to an end;
²³ they are new every morning;
    great is your faithfulness.

Dear Lord, I marvel at your steadfast love and I thank you for your never-ending patience. Your mercy and your grace are new every morning, and so is your faithfulness. We need new mercies every morning Lord, because we continue to falter and yet you are there waiting for us to return.

Lord, I pray that I will never take this for granted. I pray that I will always do your will. Lord, I pray that I will be as faithful in following you as you are in your faithfulness to me.
