Today we meditation on Psalm 55:22:

Cast your burden on the Lord,
    and he will sustain you;
he will never permit
    the righteous to be moved.

How glorious is it knowing that our God sustains us and gives us strength? How reassuring is it that he cares about us and is concerned for us? Who are we that God should care for us,? Yet we are all precious in his eyes.

Heavenly Father, as I head into a new week not sure of what will come my way, I lay it all down at your feet. I put my hands in your hands, and like a child walking with his father I put my complete trust in you. I will follow wherever you lead me.

Thank you Lord for always sustaining me. Thank you for guiding me, and setting me on the right path.

Amen
