This week’s meditation is Ephesians 2:8-9:

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”

Heavenly Father, I glorify your name!

Thank you, Lord, for rescuing me. I did not deserve it, but because of your great love you pulled me out of the depths. Because of your never-ending grace and your mercy, you wish that none of us should perish. And that includes me. I thank you again, and I praise you.

I put all of my hope, my trust, and most of all my faith in you. I put it all in your hands. I lay it all at your feet. Heavenly Father, I pray that while I can do nothing on my own that what I do accomplish will be to the glory of your holy name.

Amen
