Today’s meditation is on 1 Chronicles 16:11-12:

Seek the Lord and his strength;
    seek his presence continually!
¹² Remember the wondrous works that he has done,
    his miracles and the judgments he uttered,

Heavenly Father, I thank you and I praise you. You are the Alpha and the Omega. Thank you, Lord, for your continual presence in my life. Thank you for always being there. Thank you for picking me up when I am low, and for lowering me when I get too high.

Lord, I remember all that you have done. Even when I didn’t acknowledge you in my life, you were there guiding and shaping me into the person I have become, and into the person I am still becoming.

It still amazes me that in this vast universe, you still care about each and every one of us. I look at the wondrous works of your creation and I am in awe at how everything works together. And yet, you take the time to listen to us and our concerns.

Oh Lord, my I never forget to seek your presence continually.
